How many layers of filters & what about germs or viruses?
For air drawn in, we use a TRUE High-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filter with the added option for another activated carbon layer. The water produced will then be subjected to 4+1 filtration (Particle Activated Carbon Filter - Solid Carbon Filter - UF Membrane Filter - Post Carbon Filter). The water is finally treated by UV (Cold Water) or Boiling Sterilization (Hot Water) before it enters your cup, therefore germs and viruses are taken care of right from the start till the second you decides to discharge the water.
Is there good minerals in the water?
Yes, even though we removed all traces of heavy metals (some good, most bad minerals), during the post carbon filtration stage, our filters will return the good minerals and taste back into the water.
How often do we have to change the filters?
We have a standard service schedule set up for customers, but its generally every 6-12 months. We will only replace those filters that requires changing thus saving you money and allow your machine to serves you for many years to come.
How long does the machine needs to make water?
This depends on your environment's temperature and humidity. In a ventilated area, the 21 l tank will be full in approximately 8 hours. In an enclosed environment, it can take up to 12hrs.
Is the water safe to drink?
Water produced by our machine is very close to the purest form of water you can get, tap water cleanliness depends greatly on the source point, ie reservoir or storage tanks etc. As long your water is coming from conventional sources, delivered through underground pipes and stored in water tanks, it will almost always be less pure & clean than ours due to contaminants, heavy metals, chlorine etc etc that goes into your water before it is delivered to you. Our water also suits your baby and children at home.
How does it benefits my health?
Our water has an average pH value of 7.7, making it slightly alkaline, which is beneficial for our bodies. Furthermore with the absence of heavy metals, chlorine and other chemicals/contaminants, our body is able to adsorb the water faster and at the same time, our body does not need to act like a filter to remove this contaminants from our system.

How do I do if I am travelling for extended periods?
When you are travelling for extended period (Over 3 days), we strongly suggest that you drain out all the water in the 3 tanks of the machine and turn it off whilst you are away. Only turn the machine back on when you return from your trip.
